Who Should Apply

Is HBC Right for You?

Hawaii Baptist College is a Baptist Bible college committed to training students for Gospel ministry. Applicants must be born-again believers with a desire to grow in their faith and serve the Lord.

📚

Full-Time Ministry Students

Students who sense the Lord’s leading toward full-time ministry — whether as a pastor, missionary, church secretary, music minister, youth pastor, children’s director, or Christian school teacher or administrator.

Part-Time Christian Laymen

Students who don’t yet sense a call to ministry but desire to strengthen their spiritual life. University students are especially encouraged to take a course or two that will help ground them during their secular college experience.

💕

A Servant’s Heart

All applicants must agree to maintain an obedient, cooperative, and enthusiastic spirit while at HBC, and be prepared for several hours of study outside the classroom for each class taken.
